This Papuan Dwarf Kingfisher is a fearless explorer, whose adventures are known the world over.  His daring expeditions have taken him far beyond his native lowland forests, up to the highest mountain and down to the deepest sea.  Legends say he has observed and studied countless other peculiar animals in his travels and is documenting them along the way.   Wait, so are all of these illustrations HIS doing?  This is getting too meta for me...
